[ Let's pretend there was one. Especially when he seemed to be just fine on the 16th. Sure, he was 12, but still capable and in need of that training. ]
how can you tell when your meditating and not just really relaxed in the sun?
[ Was he supposed to meet her up with training? Did he miss a day? After things, he's lost enough track of time that the guy isn't sure what day it is.
At least Sharak knows the guy well enough that she knows this isn't a random joke text coming from out of the blue? ]
[ He'll always be sincere, Sharak. Until he starts picking up too much of Izumo's habits, of which you should beat the shit out of him, should those habits start to crop up. ]
[ He actually sleeps pretty alright at night, in his bed. Well, sometimes in his bed. When your god is a goddess of summer, and these older-styled temples get really warm. So you have to be cool to get some good sleep. ]
but i do that all the time. isnt there supposed to be more to meditating?
the tired from after an ablution
[ Not saying whether it was on him or another, but YA KNOW. It's not much of a reach. ]
That depends on the kind of meditation you're doing. We can incorporate more of it into your training, if you're that interested.
[Is meditation more or less boring than the repetitive tasks Sharak usually demands... Well, at least she's less likely to interrupt meditation with surprise gunfire.
And no, it's not much of a reach. Sharak frowns.]
There are different kinds of resting. Relaxing in the sun is one of many.
ive been resting and sleeping for more than long enough. at this point its getting me nowhere and everyones finding me to give me a piece of their mind
no clue what kinds of meditation there are. just that i need to start making progress on something
[ Seeing as he doesn't seem to think he's making any on the physical side of things. At least not in any way he can see. ]
[ He's not exactly thinking that far ahead. He went as far as 'ask about that meditation thing' and sent off the text. Then again, he wasn't really planning on bringing up the ablution in the first place.
Shizuo just didn't think enough to lie, or even avoid mentioning that he was tired. ]
its not like their all really my friends
but uh k
[ He'll be a little while, not as quick as he normally would when told to meet up with someone somewhere, but it sort of goes along with that whole 'tired' thing. ]
[Someone needs to sit Shizuo down and explain the value in thinking more than five seconds ahead some time. Sharak isn't going to be the one to do it.]
Sounds complicated.
Shout when you get here.
August 5th, evening (after thread and training log)
[ Given that Botan had just met Sharak earlier that day, and was talking as if the girl was still around, this had to be incredibly recent. It'll also be incredibly apparent that Botan wasn't a formal type- that simply made the news easy to pass on. ]
Thanks, I appreciate it. I can imagine that your hands can get pretty full, though.
Maybe if I find myself needing to hide behind a barrier! (●ↀωↀ●)
If you do, just let me know. You're welcome to take refuge if you need it.
[Botan may have meant that as a bit of silliness but Sharak responds seriously. If Botan needs somewhere to hide, she'd be safe at the Temple of Aditi.]
[Well, colour her intrigued. She attaches a map location for the temple of Aditi- look at her, being all technologically competent.]
Yell when you get to the gate or leave it there and I'll have a look.
[She'll wait to see what it is before inviting him in. Anyone can say Hakkai told them to give her something. Besides, even if Hakkai is involved, it doesn't guarantee whatever it is isn't dangerous.]
[What will be left at the gate will be a giant Tibetan Mastiff, a leash tying it to the gate that's definitely not going to last if it decides to pull. In fact, the only thing that seems to be keeping it there is... a cheap beanie that it's gnawing on?]
[She's free to catch Chikusa leading the dog over with the beanie in question (by "lead", more like "running") or tying the leash to the gate.... But he's trying to ditch the dog and run.]
